User Shares Feedback
Someone using your site clicks the feedback widget and selects "Share Feedback". They type something like "Love the new feature! Can you add an export button?" and optionally leave their email.
You See It in Your Dashboard
All feedback appears in your dashboard's feedback section. You can see what people are saying, what they're requesting, and who wants to hear back from you.
You Can Follow Up (Optional)
If someone left their email and you want to continue the conversation, you can reach out directly. Perfect for answering questions or discussing feature requests.
